Collegiate and Scholastic Athlete Training
Rich incorporates sports specific training for high school athletes. All scholastic athletes need to improve strength, power and speed to achieve athlete success. Rich’s program will result in athletic success!
Rich has been currently been training Katherine for the better part of 18 months. Katherine is a High School Hurdler, 55 meters indoors, and 100 meters outdoors. With Rich’s training, Katherine has lowered her indoor time by a 1/2 second and her outdoor time by a full two seconds!
